Express Next Working Day Delivery.         £8 Choose Express Next Working Day Delivery BEFORE 11am if you’d like to have your item delivered to you the next working day. This is only available Monday to Friday - if you choose Express Delivery before 11am on Friday you will receive your item on Monday. If you choose Express Delivery after 11am on Friday you will more than likely receive your item on Tuesday. This is only available to mainland UK postcodes only..

Delivery costs are calculated by volume and may vary according to the number of products ordered. Exact costs will be calculated during checkout.

Delivery Times

Orders will normally be dispatched within one working day of receipt via a next working day courier service so you can expect your item to be with you within a matter of a few working days! 

Please make sure a mobile telephone number is entered on registration, this will aid in communication for your delivery. Certain carriers will send you a text message with an estimated delivery time (free of charge).

You can expect deliveries to arrive any time between 7am – 7pm. Unfortunately the delivery drivers are unable to call customers ahead of delivery as, due to the Road Vehicles (Construction & Use) (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2003, our carriers no longer issue their drivers with mobile telephones. 
In the very rare event that a product is out of stock, or delayed by courier error, allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Made a Mistake?
If you have made a mistake on your order or wish to amend or cancel, you must ring our Customer Service team on 07970 732712 during working hours as soon as possible. We cannot accept emails as a method of contact for these types of enquiries due to the very quick dispatch times we operate on. 
Due to our carrier’s terms and conditions, we cannot change orders or addresses once they have left our premises.
Secure Deliveries
All our bean bags are sent via courier and who will require a signature as proof of delivery. This is to ensure safe, trackable orders.
If you are not in during the day, why not get your item delivered to your work address? We accept alternative delivery addresses and actually prefer to deliver to business addresses where someone is available to sign for your item.
Alternatively, we give you the opportunity in the checkout process to enter a note to the courier to leave the parcel with your neighbour, porch or garden shed (etc). However, please note any delivery instructions are at your risk. 
Missed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted, and no one is available to sign for it, a card will be left by the courier. The card will contain instructions on what to do next. You can contact the courier directly to arrange a re-delivery or you can collect the item from their depot. 
After 3 failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned to our warehouse. If an item is sent back to us as a result of failed delivery, this will incur a delivery charge to you of a minimum of £25 in order to cover the cost of return and redelivery. 
If an item is returned to us as a result of failed delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost of the order, minus £25 to cover the cost of return and administration.
Damaged Deliveries 
We advise customers to check parcels carefully for any transit damage. If you are unsure, or there is transit damage to your product, sign for the item and clearly write “Damaged Product”. In this instance, contact us directly where we will quickly ensure that you get a perfect product with no additional costs to yourself. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will endeavour to get any issues fixed as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
We accept returns. From receipt, you have 7 working days to let us know in writing you intend to return your bean bag to us in a new and unused condition. You are then responsible for returning the item to us through the post office or by courier service within 7 days of notifying us. Please ensure to take reasonable care of the goods so they arrive with us in the same condition as they were delivered.

Packaging Information
All bean bags are sent boxed and ready filled to UK mainland addresses. Sofa bean bags are delivered in two parcels – one contains the cover and two-thirds of the bean filling already inside. The second parcel contains a net with the remaining beans to easily insert into the sofa to make it ready for use.
